Nanometric Precision: Exceptional Tolerances and Extremely High Accuracy

BS Laboratory is composed of highly specialized personnel and is committed to continuous innovation in the production process. It is equipped with two 4-axis synchronized machining centers featuring Diamond Turning technology, and performs synchronized turning, fly-cutting, and micro-milling operations using diamond tools. The machining tolerances are in the nanometer range, in contrast to traditional CNC machines, which have a precision up to a thousand times lower. By using this advanced machining technology, optical geometries are achieved with a low surface roughness (Ra) and a machine-specular finish, eliminating the need for post-polishing, which often introduces shape errors that can compromise the optical performance.
